Updating kitchen

I am having a new kitchen fitted and have removed old lino which has exposed timber flooring in great condition. The house was built in 1969. I would like the floor sanded and polyurethane applied. Most of the existing cabinetry will be removed and all the appliances. The area is approximately 10 square metres. The job will need to be carried out between the removal of the existing cabinetry and the fitting of the new cupboards.

Cork Floor Removal

We are wanting to have the existing cork flooring and backing board removed from our kitchen/dining area and hallway to expose the timber floorboards. The cork appears to be glued to the backing board but does come off relatively easy with the right tools. I've pulled up a couple pieces as shown in the photos. Probably about 30 square metres all up i would imagine. Prefer email contact but if calling please call between 9am and 5pm monday-friday preferably. thanks.

Repair floorboards

We are in the middle of renovations and have removed a shower and hot water cylinder. We are now left with holes in our timber floorboards from the pipes that have been removed plus a crack or two. Is anyone able to repair these?
