We are looking for someone to install engineered timber flooring on concrete floor. - approx. 50 sqm of flooring; 3 rooms, 1 hallway, 4 built in wardrobes.
Timber is already purchased.
The wood needs to be glued down.
Job includes leveling, moister barrier for concrete, glue timber, install skirting, arranging materials needed, e.g. glue (note: wood already purchased and available)

"Sam did an amazing job. The floor is looking amazing. He has done a high quality job (grinding congret, waterproof layer, glueing the engineered wood), and impressed also when it came to the transitions between wood floor and tiles and woodfloor ending into the garage. (Skirting on picture not done by Sam).
I will ask Sam for a quote again when we do the flooring in other parts of the house."
