Would like to sand and polyurethane wooden floors upstairs. Includes four rooms (two small, one medium and one bedroom) plus the landing. Can do the job over a number of visits as would need to move furniture around.

"Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He is enthusiastic about floors which appears in the finish. He communicated daily about progress and let us know what we could and couldn't do and when to sleep elsewhere due to fumes. He painted samples of shades for us to choose from and provided opinion and advice. Gave us options between water and oil based. We required this job be done in three sections due to furniture and being upstairs, so it took about three weeks to complete. I would recommend Ryan."
