Replace light fittings

There are two fluorescent tube light fittings in our house, a 4ft fitting in the lounge room and a 5ft in the kitchen. Both are getting old and we would like to have them replaced with standard light bulb fittings (which have already been purchased). Depending on the cost, we would also like to replace the 4-switch panel in the kitchen with a new 3-switch panel, as currently one of the switches is unused. New bathroom

I have a bathroom that is about 6m2. I have a shub in place, which I hate, and would like to replace with a square shower cubicle, adjustable shower head and new mixer. Some regibbing and plastering will probably be required here. I would also be keen to replace my old vanity with a new one, and install a mixer in place of my two old separate taps. Replace old meter board with new one

we have a 1930's bungalow which has what appears to be the original meter board with the porcilane fuse holders. at some stage a "electrition" supposodley lived in the house and partily rewired the house to the original board, what i'm intending to do is rewire the entire house as it's being currently renovated,i will run all the cables prior to the old board being removed so they are ready for the new board when it's installed. we would like a quote to supply and install the new board.

Installing 3 in 1 unit in bathroom

I need someone to install 3 in 1(heat,light,power)unit in my bottom bathroom which is on double story home. Bathroom light is there in the middle but no ceiling space to crawl in. It may need ducting to go along the side for the exhaust as i have been told by a builder that a structural beam goes across. Best to come and check for yourself and quote. A clued up electrician can probably do the job without involving any other trade like for eg builder.Walls are tiled to ceiling.
