We need 3 down lights removed, a fixed light removed, 3 down lights installed and 2 fancy looking square lights installed. Also, our hot water cylander is getting warm but not hot. iassume its the element, but really have no idea. Either way it needs to be fixed. We need these done ASAP. New Garage & Deck & Driveway

We want to replace the existing deck that was never signed off during building process with a double garage. The roof of the garage has to be the new deck. We'll arrange the removal of exisiting old double garage. We will need a quote to extend the driveway down to new garage. The plan is to eventually offer rear part of section for sale and we need to provide access - hence removal of exisiting garage. I'll need help with plans too please.

Swimming pool filter pump

Pump of the pool's filter doesn't start. At switches on, makes a subdued noise, like a thermic switch block cuts in...and then goes silent. At last switch off yesterday...all regular.

Extra outlets + wall heater permanent wiring

I need a couple of extra power outlets in my main lounge and (maybe 1 more in the kitchen/dining). The lounge has 2 double sockets but they're not really in the right place for my TV etc. I also have a couple of heaters permanenty mounted to the wall - these run to the standard power outlets which is unsightly. I would like these permanently wired to the mains (as you would with a heated towel rail or such), I'm sure you know what I mean. The house is modern (8 yrs old) with clean straight walls...

Not sure if we have any alarm "people" on here but thought I'd give it a try.... UPDATED : Have had some new sensors added and also a battery replacement BUT we still need someone to help us reprogram the unit to allow for a "sleep" zone and also to change the number the alarm rings when it goes off.... It's still ringing the old house owner's mobile... The alarm appears to be a "DAS NX-4" so hopeing someone has some experience with these.... Looking for a fixed quote asap..... We work...

Hi! how much could cost (GST incl) to upgrade the distribution board in a 1978 house to the new type with RCDs? 3-bedroom house, all electric in kitchen, Hot water is electric as well. The indoor location is on the same wall where the outside box is (with the meter), if that's important. Existing is the old type with the brown board and ceramic holders for the fuses. I'd like to know how much a driveway would cost to build. The section is on a steep slope. The driveway needs to be about 10-15 metres long, and wide enough to drive a relocatable house down.
