Extra outlets + wall heater permanent wiring

I need a couple of extra power outlets in my main lounge and (maybe 1 more in the kitchen/dining). The lounge has 2 double sockets but they're not really in the right place for my TV etc. I also have a couple of heaters permanenty mounted to the wall - these run to the standard power outlets which is unsightly. I would like these permanently wired to the mains (as you would with a heated towel rail or such), I'm sure you know what I mean. The house is modern (8 yrs old) with clean straight walls. Thanks.

Quick and helpful communication. Dave, Chris & Chris did a great job, which turned out to be a bit more invovled than originally thought. very happy and would definitely use Excel's expertise again.
