Towel rail in bathroom, couple of additional power points

My bathroom is older and doesn’t have any power sockets. I’d like to get a heated towel rail out in, needs a socket too, and another couple of additional power sources in the house, probably only 2 more? We have 4x light switches need replacing and 1x multi switch plate with named switches. In all cases the rocker switch has broken. We also have 1x en-suite heat lamp needs replacing. See picture. We had the contractors from genesis around yesterday to install a smart meter, at the same time the contractor decided to "upgrade" our 5AMP fuse for hot water with new 16AMP fuse. There is now no hot water, we suspect the new fuse setup has fried the element in the tank.
