Replace control panel in Rheem low pressure Hot water cylinder

Job is located in Te Atatu Peninsula, and would be ideal if available after 4 pm. Hot wouldn't cylinder is fine but the electrical control board in the access panel has a short and needs to be replaced and checked. This is a tenanted property and someone will be there Post 4 pm..
