Laundry Renovation and deck

We want to put our existing laundry behind some doors and open up the existing space to our kitchen. This is not a large space, roughly 12sqm. This will require taking out a couple of small walls and removing a toilet. There will be no plumbing required for the laundry as it will stay as is, but as part of the renovation we would like our hot water cylinder which is in the kitchen dropped below the house. There is already room under there, but will need a concrete pad poured for the cylinder to sit on. In addition to this we would like to have a new window and bifold or french doors put in the new space as well as a larger bifold window in the kitchen to replace the existing window. We would also like to have the deck replaced with a larger deck - estimate 35sqm or larger with some seating and a step right along the end. (Pine). We would like trellis along one side of the deck to screen the neighbours. The land the deck will go on is flat and will be easy to access.
