5 lights fitted and HWC element replaced

We need 3 down lights removed, a fixed light removed, 3 down lights installed and 2 fancy looking square lights installed. Also, our hot water cylander is getting warm but not hot. iassume its the element, but really have no idea. Either way it needs to be fixed. We need these done ASAP. I foolishly went through the yellow pages initially and have arranged for 2 other electricians to come out. Neither has shown up. Basically, the job will go to the person who can get here quickest. The HWC is the more urgent of the jobs as it is used by our tenant. Thanks.
