Hi! I attached a floorplan(#5), check this first. I want wall from lounge to kitchen demolished. There is a door from hallway to the lounge, this will be removed and opening made wider, approx 2m. Both walls are load bearing and beams need to be installed. Kitchen (#4): Laundry (seen from kitchen in photo #3) gets demolished completely and relocated into existing Bathroom (#1). Existing bathroom is to be relocated into bedroom 3. Hot Water Cylinder is relocated in new Laundry (previous bathroom). How much could cost, including all new in bathroom (tub + separate shower), reuse existing vanity and hand basin, new big mirror. Include demolition of walls and temporary ceiling proping. Gib removal / repair / trim / architraves / stopping / painting by others. Thank you. (The site is in Green Bay, Auckland) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you all, for the interest in the job. I know Engineer Calculation and Building Consent is required, I will deal with those... I am considering to buy the house, and I cannot arrange more site visits at the moment. I am trying to get a price for the alteration so I can assess a decent offer to make, taking into consideration the expenses I need to face in the next 2-3 months after moving in. Even a rough figure would help. Do we talk about 20k? Or 50k?
