I have a bathroom that is about 6m2. I have a shub in place, which I hate, and would like to replace with a square shower cubicle, adjustable shower head and new mixer. Some regibbing and plastering will probably be required here. I would also be keen to replace my old vanity with a new one, and install a mixer in place of my two old separate taps. I would also like to replace a couple of power points.
