Installing 3 in 1 unit in bathroom

I need someone to install 3 in 1(heat,light,power)unit in my bottom bathroom which is on double story home. Bathroom light is there in the middle but no ceiling space to crawl in. It may need ducting to go along the side for the exhaust as i have been told by a builder that a structural beam goes across. Best to come and check for yourself and quote. A clued up electrician can probably do the job without involving any other trade like for eg builder.Walls are tiled to ceiling.
