Have four old wall lamps in 2 of our bedrooms and are about to re-plaster and paint these bedrooms and the lamps and their switches are no longer required. Quote for the safest way to remove these. Further we have an old wall oven which is not working, could possibly look at this.

Pre purchase residential house inspection

We require a builder to do a pre purchace building inspection on a property in Green Bay Auckland. The auction for the property is 14th of April so the sooner the better. Besides the usual inspections we would like the tradesman to pay particular attention to a gap and cracked bricks under the front porch, as well as a gap in the roofing tiles visable from the inside of the roof, and condition of the foundations and earth under the house floor. Hi. I'm needing a bathroom extractor fan fitted above the shower in each of two bathrooms. I have the fan & ducting units (see photos). Ceiling space is accessible & there are eaves outside the bathrooms for fitting the external vents to.
