Awarded the job because the quote he provided seemed reasonable. However, we were in discussion about the kind of bulbs I wanted which he said will get back with costing but did not and many more things which were absolutely unprofessional. The worst of all was that he made 4 holes in my main bedroom ceiling before getting the right place, did cover them but it was a bad job done, left several fingure marks on the wall and ceiling did not clean up - above all did not use drop sheets in the entire house, which left the house in total mess and dust which they did not even bother to clean up. When I raised the issue he commented "we are not cleaners!" I am absolutely disgusted by his behaviour and attitude and I am shocked that such people are registered in a credible site like yours which I always recommend to so many people. I will not recommend this tradesperson to anyone at all.

"While doing the work for this job the home owner asked for extras to the job, while doing a repair on one light fitting as an extra I was told I should do this work for free to guarantee more forthcoming work. After billing I ws told that the extras I had been asked to preform on the day should not be billable because they were not on the estimate. Was informed that we did not use drop sheets and clean after the work was done when in fact we used a drop sheet in front of the home owner and vacuumed after the work was done. We did make 4 small holes the size of a srew driver shaft in a bedroom ceiling yet patched these up with filler. I would not recommend any tradesperson to do work for this home owner."
