Power to Garage

We currently have a stand alone single bay garage, which has no power allowance - no cabling etc. We would like a quote to power up the garage, including running the cable/conduit from the house to the garage - around 12m - and wiring up the garage to have a couple of power outlets, and 1-off internal light, and then a sensor light onto the front of the garage. The garage is the old original garage so is wooden framed with fibrolite panelling, not lined internally either, however we are looking to line it at some stage. Unsure if a fuse box etc is required so all this would have to be spec'd allowed for in the quote if legally required.
