Basement Conversion, Patio & Carport

Currently have the plans with the council to get a Building Consent I require the following items to be completed by competent tradesmen Basement - excavate approximately 68m2 down a further 300mm - 1 new lounge, 2 bedrooms and a new bathroom added to basement - old concrete slab to be demolished - new concrete slab to be poured - house will need to be re-levelled - new concrete block work around the perimeter of the house Patio - dig out new patio area - concrete slab to be poured here too - approx 29m2 Carport - dig out new area for double carport - new concrete slab poured here too I have a copy of the plans and structural drawings Only apply if you're able to provide a detailed quote.
