Replace light fittings

There are two fluorescent tube light fittings in our house, a 4ft fitting in the lounge room and a 5ft in the kitchen. Both are getting old and we would like to have them replaced with standard light bulb fittings (which have already been purchased). Depending on the cost, we would also like to replace the 4-switch panel in the kitchen with a new 3-switch panel, as currently one of the switches is unused. Would love to get a quote for this and will get it done if the price is right
