There is already lighting in the porch but we would want power plugs in by an electrician as it is going to be used as a writing area as well as an area to relax or read in. Need to hang new front door for house. Have purchased a door with the same dimensions (height 1980mm, width 860mm, depth 40mm). Need to ease the new door plus hang and put door hardware on. Post Haste

New Cladding

Exterior cladding repair or replacement required due to a vehicle in our carpark hitting the building, it has also damaged the interior gib of the building which could be due to the internal frame being shifted or broken, I will require exterior and interior painting when reapirs have been completed.

Lounge/Kitchen ceiling

large L shaped lounge approx 16 mtrs by 9 mtrs currently fitted with radiant heating in the ceiling GIB. Large cracks have formed so we have decided to replace current ceiling with standard GIB.
