Rangehood installation

I have a rangehood that needs to be installed. I need someone to come and drill a hole in the wall for the ducting and install it. It should take about a couple of hours, as the ducting will go through the same wall and there shouldn't be any complications. However, I'm unsure if there are any power cables in that area, so it would be good to check that before drilling.

Remove Weatherside cladding and reclad

need both the house and double car garage cladding removed (It is Weatherside) and then reclad with a suitable cladding system. Photo of home attached (these photos are a screenshot of the property from homes website) Full disclosure - This recladding is happening due to a house sale which is subject to the re clad - payment will be made on settlement of the house sale ( which is likely mid feb)

Replace security door

I need a new solid core (security) door supplied and installed to a retail address at Dalton St Napier. The door appears to be 795 x 1980mm. The replacement door will need new hinges, but should reuse the other hardware. The existing door has rotted out at the base.

We are currently subdividing our property. Some of the conditions are to block off a doorway and reinstating the original front door. This will require removal of a built in sun room to access doorway, installation of new locks and building a balustrade in place of sun room. Possibly a few other little jobs to be discussed.
