Repair shower and flooring

We have a leak between the shower and wall and floor. The shower linings will need removing & replaced along with a section of flooring possibly around the shower. Existing shower tray is fine to reuse. Also need to replace the existing shower rose with new shower fittings, mixer and slide rail.

We are needing a licensed builder that is free to add an extension onto our property, hoping to get it started by Xmas or early Jan. Approx 16m2. Adding a room onto our kitchen to make it more open. We have plans etc so everything is basically all ready to go. Unfortunately the builder we had lined up had to have emergency surgery! Our original builder who works for himself said it would take approx 3 weeks. Have a quote from carters for the building costs etc however your more then welcome...

We currently have a kitchen and lounge that are seperated by partial wall. We would like to have a large hole cut into this, in order to let more light into our lounge area. Length 2.3 mtrs width.0.9 mtrs Electrics would need to be moved to the side of the cabinetry.

Reinstate paling fence. We have taken down the fence that was there and would like to reuse as much of the materials as possible. We would like a quote for hours and additional materials required. When quoting, we don't want the fencing attached to the new garage in anyway. We would like to undertake this work asap.

My house is a rental property. My bathroom is a small approx. 4x4m. It has a shower over bath with a 500mm vanity/wash basin with toilet next to it. Walls immediately surrounding the bath are tiled however water is getting behind the tiles and they need to be removed. We have two french doors that need steps built up to the doors. Approximate measurements are: 1.8m wide each door 1.5m wide area between doors (optional) 3 x steps at 1.5m depth Approx lineal metreage: --- ) Standard Pine decking material. Posts and concreting only if necessary (current steps don't use), ideally keep costs down with solution. (sorry for upside down photos, bc keeps reorientating!)
