We have a double garage with two stories that we would like to convert to a studio flat. Upstairs would be lounge/kitchen, downstairs would be bedroom/bathroom. There is some wiring there already but no water mains or plumbing. Will need a kitchenette, toilet, shower, windows, more lights, doors, wall etc. I want to source most second hand to save on cost.
