Concrete to be removed (as in photo) and small deck to be built. Approx. 4m long (goes all the way to the left side of photo), 1.5m wide and 30cm high. Include 2-3 steps (approx 1m wide) leading down to grass. To be made of pine (ridged?) and as simple as possible.
