We are needing a licensed builder that is free to add an extension onto our property, hoping to get it started by Xmas or early Jan. Approx 16m2. Adding a room onto our kitchen to make it more open. We have plans etc so everything is basically all ready to go. Unfortunately the builder we had lined up had to have emergency surgery! Our original builder who works for himself said it would take approx 3 weeks. Have a quote from carters for the building costs etc however your more then welcome to source the materials yourself. Please help us 
