Bathroom tidy up

My house is a rental property. My bathroom is a small approx. 4x4m. It has a shower over bath with a 500mm vanity/wash basin with toilet next to it. Walls immediately surrounding the bath are tiled however water is getting behind the tiles and they need to be removed. I want to tidy the room up but remembering it is a rental keep the costs down as I am about to sell the property. I am happy to replace the tiled walls with Hardiglaze. I will need a new shower mixer, vanity/wash basin and taps and possible a new toilet. The room will need new vinyl floor coverings and the celing needs to be painted also. All plumbing fittings will remain in the same location.
