We had a water spillage from our water cylinder in the roof and it has caused a bit of damage, we now have a hole in the wall from a worker getting to the hoses of the cylinder therefore it needs to be repaired, we have lino lifting and our doors are now sticking. We would like to have someone come in and take a look at the damage and give us a quote on how much it would cost to repair everything

New Veranda/Pergola

We are after a Pergola/veranda for our existing desk. 4.5 x 3.8. We are also wanting to install 1 or 2 roof fans under this so will require an electrician for wiring and an outdoor switch. We have all the material for the clearlite roof but nothing else.

New kitchen

Looking to remove built in corner pantry and replace with new kit set corner pantry and move a light and some switches, electrician would be required. Small bench unit and overhead cupboards to be removed and single tall kit set cupboard installed. Rest of kitchen is to be remodelled so some advice on the suitability of our ideas would be appreciated. More renovation jobs will be following on from this.

Pergola Exrensions

The first job is a pergola extension. We want to bring the gable end out another 2.5m x 5m and cover the new extension with 50 x 20 mm rough sawn lap. We don't want to use the trellis as is currently on it as it doesn't last in this environment. We also want to add to the side as a flat roof structure a 2.5 m x 7.5m extension. Deck and French Doors

New deck

Small deck to be built off new doors from lounge at back of house. Approx 10 sq mtrs all together. Will need one step running along entire piece of new deck down to lawn. Deck will sit on top of existing concrete path, the step will be over lawn. Simple rectangular shape. Also needing rail to be cut off existing piece of decking, the new deck will be joining onto the old deck at one end.

Weatherside external cladding replacement.

Replacing weatherside cladding with wooden external cladding or something similar of better quality. Only wall that have weatherside on property is on the pictures. Approximately about 16 - 18 metres in length. Thank you.

Bathroom kitchen

1. Need bathroom remodelled. Take bath out add a full walkin shower. Tiling on floor and walls. Windows taken out and weatherboard to replace where window was. Add smaller windows at a higher level. Remove wall which separates toilet and bathroom. Need a sliding door which disappears into wall cavity. 2. Also need kitchen renovated. Hard to describe the actual job. Diffinately needs to be seen first.

New Deck

I require a new deck built, about 12 sq m, attached to an existing concrete deck, there are four pillars to be built around. The deck is 34cm above ground and will be constructed with thick hardwood, screwed with no end grain exposed, a ramp is required off one side and a step suitable as a basic seat.

Dream home on the hill

Got our section and all the drawings of our home and we're ready to submit these to the council. The building company we've used to this point "over promised and under delivered" and had very poor communication which has left us constantly worrying where things were at. We're now looking for a new builder that can turn our so far bad experience into something enjoyable and build us our new dream home on the hill in Napier.
