Remove old lounge wall for new gib

Have spent weekend removing wallpaper & come across one part of lounge wall has this old 1950s wall. Want removed and replaced with new gib, sturdy enough to hold 65 inch tv mounted to it. There is one power point, one light switch & one alarm panel on this wall. Also down on edging is wifi box, telephone & aerial connection/box. Would like a quote to understand costs involved & timeframe to complete. Have taken a pic from phone on approx measurements.
