Rangehood installation

I have a rangehood that needs to be installed. I need someone to come and drill a hole in the wall for the ducting and install it. It should take about a couple of hours, as the ducting will go through the same wall and there shouldn't be any complications. However, I'm unsure if there are any power cables in that area, so it would be good to check that before drilling.
