R & P's new room

We want our front porch closed in with windows and door. We have a 1962 weatherboard house and would like to keep the porch when closed in the same kind of product. There is already lighting in the porch but we would want power plugs in by an electrician as it is going to be used as a writing area as well as an area to relax or read in. We would like lino to be laid down also.
