We require a qualified builder who is experienced in all aspects of renovation, and has subbies that he knows and trusts to be able to get the job done in a 4-6 week timeframe. The work is - lay 2 concrete pads under a house to build a small wetroom in one and laundry in the other. You need to work around existing concrete foundations. Plumbing and electrical are required from existing pipes/conduits. Access is very good. In addition an existing room needs gib and insulation, new doors and an internal wall and some bench/shelving. The plans are in council for consent but there is plenty of work that can begin immediately.
