We want to build a deck out the front, approx 3.5 x 6.5m. It would be built over existing concrete steps, and 2 sides would be over concrete paths. Steps coming down (inset?). We would like slat fencing 1.2m high off the deck around the perimeter, with a gate at the steps. Would love to have done by December if possible
