Lounge/Kitchen ceiling

large L shaped lounge approx 16 mtrs by 9 mtrs currently fitted with radiant heating in the ceiling GIB. Large cracks have formed so we have decided to replace current ceiling with standard GIB. Seeking for a quote or quotes to remove, replace , plaster and paint (we will supply electrician to isolate heating wires). pretty sure it is fixed to rondo metal battens.
