Tree roots growing in spouting
Posted 5 hours agoI am in the process of getting my house painted and asked the painters to remove a tree that was growing in the corner where the down pipe connects to the guttering, but they are unable to do this as the guttering is slightly damaged and you can't pull the roots out without breaking a roof tile. So I need someone to fix or replace that part of the guttering and probably the roof tile as well.

Posted 13 hours agoI have a single level 110 sqm unit with a pressed tin tile roof. It has nails popping, some rust and is lifting on some of the joints. I would like a price to repair, rust treat and repaint. I can not afford a total reroof so am opting for a good repair and a paint.

The leak is in an area of the ceiling that has no rafter area and only has wood panelling between the roof and the room. It seems to be leaking in 3 spots (please see photos) The Panelling seems to follow the roof contour quite closely.
