He turned around the initial job (toilet install) within two days of site inspection, and helped us avoid a potential leak with a shower reinstalled incorrectly, by replacing it and installing a new (and very cost effective) option. We added on installation of our new kitchen tap and dishwasher, and top service once again. 5 stars, 100% recommended!
