Install outdoor shower and tap

We live close to the beach and we are wanting to install an outdoor shower that does both hot and cold water. In that same spot, we want to install a tap that we will connect our hose too. The plumbing (2x bathrooms and kitchen) is on the other side of the house to where the outdoor shower and tap will go but the section is flat and apparently the plumbing can be run underneath the house easily enough. Keen to understand how much this sort of project would cost and how long it would take. Thanks!
