We would like 3-4 quotes for this, and are prepared to either replace the hotwater boiler with a large hot water heat pump or with a small one and move to ducted heat pumps instead of radiators but want to price up both options.

Hot water cylinder update, convert to mains presure, remove header tank on roof

Issues: - Some external rust from the Header Tanks is starting to cause the rust on they roof, and I worry it will require expensive replacement. - Water pressure is pretty low, and most tenants expect mains pressure now. - Hot water cylinder is old (but still going strong). Sink and shower repair

Two jobs at the same address involving two different taps: 1) Kitchen tap leaks at lower seem (see red arrow in photo) when tap is off. Most likely requires tap unit to be replaced (I have already tried replacing the mixer cartridge). 2) Shower/bath switcher is not working. The pull knob that switches the water from faucet to shower is not working correctly. Water comes from both faucet and shower at the same time. Photo shows shower mixer/changer unit.

Leaking water main just after the toby connection

We have a leaky toby at our rental on 66 Kelburn Parade Kelburn Wellington. It has been turned off but the water leak is visible next to the toby which is situated on the street. See the blue arrow.
