Under bathroom floor. Section of metal water pipe dripping and leaking onto the ground. Has a fiberous? covering. There's a bit of standing room at the site even though it's under the bathroom floor the area is basement level. We are turning the water toby off overnight and when at work.

All positive. Cannot fault the work start to finish. When maintenance problems suddenly come up... it's hard to organise and make confident decisions, however it was well sorted in the end. 100% I'd recommend Logan.
