Lately, at our tenanted property, When the toilet is not in use, water is constantly running in from the system, even when not flushing. The cistern float screw is already fully screwed. Adding a spacer didn't help. Looks like Needs to be replaced or possibly a new seal. Are you able to quote based on the image and description shared, or you need to drop by the property to look and will you charge for that visit? Do you have any insurance? If yes please let me know. Thank you
