Urgent: Suspected Mains Water Leak – Persistent Wet Area on Foundation Wall

Gerard responded promptly, came the same day, and quickly found the cause of the leak which was a chewed pipe likely damaged by rats. He also discovered and repaired a second unrelated leak during the visit. He was efficient, communicated clearly, and gave useful advice about pest control and making an insurance claim. The invoice was fair and easy to understand. I’m very satisfied with his work and would happily recommend him to others.
