Leaking water main just after the toby connection

We have a leaky toby at our rental on 66 Kelburn Parade Kelburn Wellington. It has been turned off but the water leak is visible next to the toby which is situated on the street. See the blue arrow. The leak is visible when the toby is turned on, at the vertical pipe, just behind the horizontal reinforcing block pictured. Photos taken when toby is off. Thanks. Rob ---

Thanks to Charlie and team for the quick response and very fair pricing to solve an issue for us. Like most home owners a leaky toby causes anxiety! The reassurance from Charlie was fantastic.
