Plumb in Fridge Water

Straight forward plumbing required for a fridge. There are several water mains that can be accessed in close proximity to the fridge location; these are all within 2-3m. (Laundry, Bathroom and kitchen). The building is on a raised floor (timber joist and bearers on concrete footings) with a 900mm to 1000mm deep cavity. I've attached some indicative photos of the location and a quick underfloor photo. We expect that a small hole is made in the floor at the back of the fridge cavity to run the water tube up. Not plumping in the wall etc. This is as we plan in a couple years to carry out complete renovations on the kitchen. Hope this provided enough information for pricing.
