Adding a toilet to laundry

Hi, we'd like to add a second toilet in our home, and we reckon we can squeeze one into the laundry. As per attached photos, we think a toilet would fit where the white cabinet is. We know nothing about how the consenting process works for something like this, so someone with that sort of experience would be great! Very pleased with the work Ben did to add a second toilet to our laundry. Ben responds to messages quickly, and was able to provide a lot of advice to help us with choosing the best approach. I highly recommend Ben for any plumbing work you need done.
