Hi I have an Infinity A24 unit and integrated auto change over regulator kit that needs installing. There is a 9 meter distance between the two units. Plumbing and electrical is all done. The units were at the house when I bought it a few months ago, was a renovation that was stoped and then the house was sold.

Renovate blocked soak away

Site is prone to ponding due to a large catchment and a blocked soak pit on the driveway drainage. Soak pit could be renovated? Water table 2m down. Consider cutting a drain across drive. Pond would then be limited to the grass area. Interested in solution to this too.

New solar HWC

Install new solar panels and HW tank on coloursteel roof, plumb into existing pipework. Remove existing internal HWC, readily accesible in bathroom. Remove old laundry tub from bathroom, allow time for fixup to the existing wall and then install new (supplied) whb and swivel mixer in the existing location.

Plumbing repairs

According to builders report we need to have a number of connections checked and remediated there are indications of leaks current and past. See images attached with commentary. There are a number of waste pipes lacking end caps and one waste breather on the roof that need to have a vermin cap installed. I am looking for a rough estimate for the job. Drains

We need someone to look at the drains coming out of our house. We are currently building a deck and when digging for the foundations we discovered that the old clay pipes taking water out of the laundry are badly leaking and currently filling the foundation hole. Want to have it seen to before the pipes all vanish under the new deck.

Hot water cylinder assessment

I bought a house with a "mains pressure" hot water cylinder but I seem to have low pressure. I know there is a head tank in the roof but am not sure if it is in use. Most of the plumbing is behind the walls so I'm not sure exactly what is going on. We have a rennai low pressure hot water cylinder installed 2015 but unused until 12 months ago. The water coming out of the taps has become very tepid. Water used to come out quite hot at a low pressure but now the water comes out at a higher pressure and lower temp for the past 8 weeks or so. Have turned temp up on cylinder but hasn't made a difference. This is all taps in house plus shower. The cistern flushing mechanism is faulty. We are looking at having this fixed or replacing the cistern or the whole toilet suite. The current toilet suite is wall hung we would look at replacing it with a pedestal toilet if this was the option.
