Renovate blocked soak away

Site is prone to ponding due to a large catchment and a blocked soak pit on the driveway drainage. Soak pit could be renovated? Water table 2m down. Consider cutting a drain across drive. Pond would then be limited to the grass area. Interested in solution to this too.
