Re-attache tap on kitchen sink

The tap has become loose/ fallen over on the kitchen sink. I think part of the problem is that it is not a proper kitchen tap and doesn't swivel as I originally thought and so it has worked itself loose. I understand that to re-attach it the water needs to be switched off.

Englefiled barthroom spa not working

Can be installed on wall shared with bathroom if this is significantly more simple and cost effective but ideally would like it around the corner from this. Cladding on wall around corner is asbestos. Hoping job can get done next week but as this is likely pushing it we will be looking at after the 18th of Feb.

Overflow hot water

Hi there, We recently had a new tap fitted on Friday but it has caused issues with our hot water pressure and has caused the overflow into the roof. The overflow was going so much we ran out of hot water before we realised and it was still pouring out. Have low water pressure and the new tap is pathetic on hot, if you're able to remove the aerator of be grateful too. Doubt this will be a big job for someone that knows what they're doing.

We have bought a 4bed 2 bath house built in 1995 with what looks like the original water cylinder. Plumbing works as it should but water pressure is low and hot water temperature is warm, not hot. Water cylinder is on electricity and central heating (rinnai system) is on gas. Would appreciate an assessment on how to improve these. Would prefer local plumbers/gas fitters (kāpiti coast) and customer reviews or references to view.

Moving washing taps to other side of wall
