I am looking for quotes to re-do my plumbing. Give me some ideas about moving my laundry to a cupboard instead of in my garage. I will need a new electric cylinder, low pressure at the moment with a header tank but would like to go either high pressure or low pressure without the header. Replace one separate toilet and maybe put a second toilet in my bathroom. I work for a company where I can get all the materials for cost + GST + 10% but am happy to consider offers of materials too. I have a leak in my roof, it is decromastic tile and the leak only happens in a southerly wind with heavy rain. The leak appears to be close to a gully in the roof so this is possibly where it is leaking

No exceptions on this whatsoever licensed and registered or don't bother contacting us. My roof water flows to water tanks with the overflow to a soak pit. The soak pit isn't working anymore. The property is near the beach in sandy soil. I have an existing bathroom where we have taken out the old bath and vanity. I need the replacements installed and plumbing connected etc. The replacements are roughly in the same place as the old ones. Here's how we think it will go, but open to suggestions: Stage 1 (you): * Remove/plug the old bath taps (the new taps will go in the same area but will be deck mount). * Install wall mount 900mm vanity (note, the old vanity was floor mount so the new pipes will need to go inside the wall)...

My building inspector said there was a leak under my shower when I purchased my home. I'm guessing it'll either be just clogged up, or one part might need replacing. I don't know much about plumbing but am pretty sure that either way - this is a very small job! Access is by hatch apx 80x52cm. I want to get some underfloor blanket stuff put in so want this sorted. We require the roof and walls of our kitchen to be gibbed and plastered. We already have purchased the kitchen joinery and sink from placemakers but it needs to be installed along with a gas oven and range hood. We have an electrician to install the down lights on the ceiling and electrical plugs. The kitchen is approx 30 sq metres. Pending on the quote we would like this to be completed as soon as possible.

We have a claw foot bath that needs to be installed. It needs piping for the taps and drainage, as well as a draining point put in the bathroom floor. It is going right next to the shower - so not too far to have to run the plumbing. Our downpipes/stormwater system is not coping with heavy rain, and two of our downpipes are prone to overflowing in heavy bursts of rain. We clear the spouting and check to see that the downpipes are clear, but the problem only seems to happen in heavy bursts of rain, resulting in the spouting overflowing. The problem seems to be getting worse.

I have three old half-wall mounted Caroma toilets that I need to have removed and replaced. I've been advised that the toilets I've bought can easily be hooked up (S & P Fitting) to the waste pipe which is external to the house for each toilet. The new toilets are floor based Cygnet Close Coupled Suite. I'll sort out the gibing and finishing. We're hoping to have the job completed before Christmas.

Single storey house , easy access, 90sq mtr ,oblong house. Rusted guttering needs patching or removing in places.. This guttering wasn't installed to match the shift in level of 60 yr old house.i.e needs realignment. Most is ok , just rusty where water's been lying. Another alternative is put plastic around half the house, over doorways and deck, and leave rest without gutters,because rain runs onto sand anyway. Local tradesmen please-Kapiti based.
