My roof water flows to water tanks with the overflow to a soak pit. The soak pit isn't working anymore. The property is near the beach in sandy soil. I have a student who is doing gardening for me available to dig a new pit. Want to meet a plumber/drainlayer on site for advice about location and to do the pipe work. Paul
