Our downpipes/stormwater system is not coping with heavy rain, and two of our downpipes are prone to overflowing in heavy bursts of rain. We clear the spouting and check to see that the downpipes are clear, but the problem only seems to happen in heavy bursts of rain, resulting in the spouting overflowing. The problem seems to be getting worse.
