Gutter Replacement & a couple of other small jobs.

We have a house (110 Floor Area) with flat/slope roof. Approx. 25M of Gutters need to be replaced. 1M of downpipe on the garage roof missing. Tap in the back garden not working - No water is coming out - Replaced the tap 3 years ago and it worked fine for 2 years. Small leak in the front lawn, possibly from the pipe in the garden, which goes to the tap.

Car port conversion/house extension

I wish to extend my lounge area into what is currently a covered-in (except for back wall) and lined carport on a concrete slab adjoining it. The carport is positioned lower than the lounge with concrete steps leading in to it. A large glass wall with sliding door currently connecting my lounge to this car port has to be moved to what is the open back of the car port. Hot water heater

Hot water tank seems to be leaking from the bottom, model GA150M. Gas heated. I think I have turned off the water and gas. Would the heater need replacing as it is only 10 - 12 years old and looks in good nick? Waikanae area. Who would I look at getting in? Any other help appreciated. Cost of repair? Cost of replacement?

I require a plumber to move hot and cold taps that come up in the middle of my bathroom. I want them to be relocated to the side wall. The piping is copper, the hot tap requires moving about 500mm and the cold tap needs to go about 1mtr. All other obsticals have been removed ie old bath shower box etc. and the lining on the wall where the taps are to go has been removed. Seems like a simple welding job, but I'll see what the experts think.
