Plumbing repairs

According to builders report we need to have a number of connections checked and remediated there are indications of leaks current and past. See images attached with commentary. There are a number of waste pipes lacking end caps and one waste breather on the roof that need to have a vermin cap installed. I am looking for a rough estimate for the job. If you need access we will have to arrange with the estate agent as we are still in the process of waiting for valuations etc. I would prefer it if you could just thumb suck as we are trying to get a feel for what we need to spend upon occupation.
